A full planning application for the erection of 29 new homes in Cambridge has recently been submitted by the Cambridge Investment Partnership (CIP).
The 0.18-hectare site is located at Stanton House, on Christchurch Street, and is currently vacant, but was previously utilised as residential and sheltered housing.
The plans would reduce car parking from seven space down to two, whilst adding 40 new cycle spaces where there were previously none.
The homes would all be council housing across the three existing buildings, and twelve of these would be specifically for people with learning difficulties.
There are also intentions for landscaping features and biodiversity commitments.
