Against the backdrop of a proposal for devolution in the Thames Valley, this year’s BerksProp Summit will explore where the areas of growth are located and the impact this will have on the property and real estate sector.
The summit will be held on Thursday 5 November at Reading Town Hall, with speakers from SEGRO, Jansons, REDA, Stantec, and more.
There will be four sessions across the day, including an update on the property market in Berkshire, discussions on the formation of clusters, and a look at the vision for the future of Reading.
Matthew Battle, managing director of UK Property Forums, said: “Berkshire has struggled over the past few years to match its ’noisy’ neighbours in Oxfordshire and surrounding counties.
“However, there are signs of a recovery in the market as new sectors expand and the location of the region continues to provide property opportunities.
“This Summit will explore with several key stakeholders and leaders what is driving this growth and what needs to be done to maintain it”
