Thames Tap partner Blandy & Blandy advised Melanie Curtis Accountants on a move to Wokingham town centre.

The accountancy, which recently marked its 20th anniversary, will be based at 65 Peach Street, previously home to estate agents Richard Worth.

Blandy & Blandy, which has offices at 5 Market Place in Wokingham, as well as in Reading and Henley-on-Thames, advised on the lease.

Mel Curtis Accountants director Mel Curtis (pictured right) said: “We’re thrilled to be relocating our office to Wokingham. As a local business we’re excited to be part of such a vibrant community and to continue supporting business owners with their financial growth and success.

“At Melanie Curtis Accountants we pride ourselves on offering personable, expert advice tailored to each client’s unique needs and we look forward to building new relationships in the area. We’d like to thank Blandy & Blandy for their exceptional legal support throughout the process of securing our new office.”

Gemma Stephenson, partner in Blandy & Blandy’s commercial property team (pictured left), said: “It has been a pleasure to work with Mel and to advise on her businesses’ new lease. As we know very well, Wokingham is a great location and a fantastic place to live, work and do business. I have no doubt that this will prove to be an excellent move and we wish Melanie and her colleagues all the best in their new office.”
