Global consultancy and engineering firm Tetra Tech has moved its RPS business to a new 9,500 sq ft space at Milton Park.

RPS, an engineering consultancy which has been on the park since 1995, was acquired by Tetra Tech in 2023 and has now relocated to 101 Park Drive.

The new Grade A space accommodates 120 professionals and is designed to deliver greater collaboration between teams, with spaces for hotdesking, co-working and meeting.

With 30,000 employees, Tetra Tech is a global leader in water, environment and sustainable infrastructure, providing high-end consulting and engineering services for projects worldwide.

Joe Ellis, managing director for planning at RPS, said: “Following RPS’ acquisition, 2025 is shaping up to be a really exciting year for our team based at Milton Park.

“You don’t often see 30-year relationships in real estate, however, with high-spec amenities in our new space, the move to 101 Park Drive highlights our continued investment in the region and long-standing relationship with the Milton Park team.

“Our teams are ideally situated to benefit from the government’s plans for growth, with our new client hub offering a welcoming environment for all who visit.”

Philip Campbell, commercial director at MEPC Milton Park, said: “At Milton Park, we take a long-term view to giving our occupiers flexible space to grow, as we’ve seen throughout the 30-year relationship with RPS, a Tetra Tech Company.

“Tetra Tech’s renewed commitment demonstrates the Park’s ability to meet the needs of dynamic, forward-thinking organisations, who benefit from our single-ownership and ten-day simplified planning model. We’re delighted to support the team in the next phase of their impressive journey.”
