Oodle Car Finance has taken 2, 672 sq ft at the Bee House at Milton Park.
The arrival of the online finance provider at the flexible serviced office space takes its occupancy to 92 per cent.
Occupiers at the development enjoy shared facilities such as Hive Café and regular events in the 145-seat conference centre.
Nikki Gibson, head of flexible workspaces at Ashdown Phillips & Partners, which manages the Bee House, said: “We’re thrilled to welcome Oodle Car Finance to its new home. We are finding that our occupiers are increasingly looking for more flexible facilities which can adapt to their evolving needs.

Just five small and medium units remain available at the Bee House.
