Plans for 64 homes at the Graven Hill Village site in Bicester have been submitted to Cherwell District Council.

The application for homes of up to five bedrooms has been made by the Graven Hill Village Development Company for 1.72-hectares south of Anniversary Avenue East between Milne Street and Read Place.

The application is a repeat of a previous one which expired in 2022.

A total of 745 homes are currently built or approved at Graven Hill, part of a 2,100-home scheme of self-build, custom and other new homes. The scheme will include a primary school, employment space, parks, a pub/restaurant, community centre, allotments and local shops.

The latest application is the final part of the scheme’s first phase (zone 4) to be delivered. It includes 20 affordable homes (31 per cent).

The team on the latest application includes PJ Planning and Waterman Infrastructure & Environment as transport and environmental consultant.
