A year’s rent of an industrial unit at Slough Trading Estate is being put up as a competition prize.
SEGRO is running the competition for modern 585 sq ft of modern space at 915 Yeovil Road. It is located in the Enterprise Quarter on the western side of the estate, close to Burnham Station.
In addition to the year’s rent, all estate charges and insurance is included along with access to SEGRO’s support network.
To enter, applicants must be new to Slough Trading Estate and submit a 500-word pitch explaining:
- What extraordinary things their business would achieve in the unit
- Where they envision the business after one year
SEGRO says the competition reflects its ethos to ‘Create the space that enables extraordinary things to happen’.

The unit may be substituted with an equivalent or larger unit if 915 Yeovil Road is let.
