Plans for up to 59 homes at Wantage go before councillors on Wednesday (August 20) with a recommendation for approval.

Plans for the development of 2.65-hectare Fullers Field, west of Primrose Lane, part of the wider 1,534-home Crab Hill development, will be considered by Vale of White Horse District Council’s planning committee.

The outline plans, put forward by executors of the Stanley Thomas Pinnel Estate, include a range of homes from one to four-bedroom properties. The affordable proportion is 35 per cent.

The team on the project includes Carter Jonas on planning, SLR on architecture and Glanville on transport planning.
