Haslams Surveyors has launched two detached warehouse units at Greenham Business Park to the market.
Buildings 163 and 302 are available separately or combined and can provide a total of 111,625 sq ft on a secure 7.7-acre site. Both have large, self-contained yards and multiple loading doors.
Building 302, called the Hulk because of its green cladding, comprises 58,583 sq ft on a 4.2-acre site. It is available at a rent of £9 per sq ft.
Building 163 comprises 53,042 sq ft on a 3.5-acre site and is available at a rent of £8 per sq ft.
Both buildings will be available from June 2026
Alec White, partner at Haslams Surveyors, said: “This is a rare opportunity to secure significant warehouse accommodation with large yards in a highly accessible and established business park location.
“With availability from mid-2026, we anticipate strong interest from logistics and industrial occupiers looking for flexible, high-quality space in the Thames Valley region.”
The site is two miles south of Newbury town centre and offers access to both the M4 (J13) and M3 (J6).
