UK Prop Social membership has gone digital – with some excellent new online benefits.

While physical gatherings cannot be held, our membership, like everything else in the current era, has gone into the virtual world as we continue to adapt.

There are three levels of membership and now an instructional video will take you through the system.

There’s an exclusive members’ directory, a digital mapping system to look at major development sites, research reports and exclusive Ask the Expert videos. Our webinars and podcasts are all in there too.

There are also news alerts so you can get the stories about areas you are interested in as soon as they are uploaded, early access to events and top level Platinum members can be part of the discussion by working with us on anything from Ask the Expert videos to webinars and podcasts.

Oxford-based architect Adrian James put himself up for the first Ask the Expert video.

UK Property Forums managing director Matthew Battle said: “We have tried, not just to replicate the traditional physical world, but to add benefits the digital platform offers.

“So, whether you want to get an overview of schemes in the major towns, connect with other members, or get access to the brains of some truly interesting people, our new membership offers considerable advantages.

“Despite the current situation, we have good reason to be excited about the launch of the members’ portal. Those who usually attend our UK Prop Social events are looking for ways to network and find new business and we are responding to that.

“Over the next few months we shall also start to add new and exclusive content. A lot is changing in the regional markets across The Arc, Thames Valley, London West and East of England, and we are determined to capture these changes for our members.”
