Now the joint venture (JV) developer has said the boards will remain in place for two more weeks.

When complete, the Station Hill scheme will be a 2.5 million sq ft mixed-use development, including a total of 625,000 sq ft of ‘best-in-class’ office space and up to 1,300 homes. It will also include 95,000 sq ft of lifestyle-led retail and leisure space.
