Pye Homes has announced the release for its last collection of sustainable homes at its Church Farm development.
The housebuilder’s selection of two, three and four-bedroom homes start from £280,000.
They include:
- The Abbey Apartments: one and two bedrooms, one bathroom, allocated parking
- The Bowyer Apartments: one and two bedrooms, one bathroom, allocated parking
- The Francis: two bedrooms, one bathroom, allocated parking
- The Portman: three bedrooms, two bathrooms, single garage and parking
- The Palmer: three bedrooms, two bathrooms, single garage
- The Hawley: three bedrooms, two bathrooms, allocated parking and garage
- The Quinton: four bedrooms, two bathrooms, parking varies per plot
- The Langham: four bedrooms, three bathrooms, double garage
- The Nairne: three bedrooms, two bathrooms, single garage (coming soon)
The new homes will also be fitted with in-roof solar panels, EV car charging points and air source heat pumps.
Additionally, one plot – The Francis – offers a dedicated ‘green package’ which includes those features as well as £20,000 towards moving costs and £4,000 worth of integrated appliances.
The Langham plot also offers paid Stamp Duty which saves homebuyers £34,750 in costs. Pye Homes also offers paid-for Stamp Duty on their new Abbey and Bowyer Apartments.
Additional accessibility and sustainability features on the development include the fact that:
- Every home has been built to accommodate a wheelchair
- 25 per cent of the scheme will be multi-functional green space
- Existing walking routes have been upgraded to become walk and cycle ways
- ‘Hedgehog highways’ can be found in selected gardens
