The Bury St Edmunds office of Barker Storey Matthews, now part of Eddisons, has appointed George Blanchard to the position of Senior Surveyor.
George is a chartered surveyor and a Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), Registered Valuer.
He joins Barker Storey Matthews from Ipswich based, design and property consultants, Concertus – where, most recently, he worked on behalf of Suffolk County Council.
With a decade of property experience for clients in Suffolk, Norfolk, Essex and Cambridgeshire, George has joined Barker Storey Matthews to specialise in valuations in addition to rent reviews and lease renewals.
Announcing the appointment, Simon Burton, director, Barker Storey Matthews, said, “George is a very welcome addition to our team.”
He added: “He has a wealth of experience of public sector and property portfolios and this will prove invaluable not only to our client offering in Bury St Edmunds but also to that of the other three Barker Storey Matthews offices across the Eastern region.”
