Provider of automated test and measurement systems, NI (formerly National Instruments), is relocating to Campus, Reading International, taking 6,580 sq ft of newly refurbished office space on a 10-year lease.
NI’s commitment marks Alchemy Asset Management’s eleventh leasing transaction at Campus, following deals with Adobe, CGI, Stonewater Homes, Baxter Healthcare, and Weber and XMA earlier this year. Alchemy and Tristan Capital Partners will be delivering NI’s fit out as part of the transaction.
Acquired by Emerson Electric in 2023, NI becomes the second Emerson business to commit to Campus. In February 2025, Aspentech signed for a further 10 years, relocating within Campus to a refurbished 16,075 sq ft Cat A suite.
In partnership with Area on behalf of Tristan Capital Partners, Alchemy is currently transforming a further 26,110 sq ft into four self-contained office suites at Campus, including Cat A, partially fitted Cat A+ and fully fitted Cat A+ units, due to complete in July.
Savills and Bray Fox Smith are letting agents at Campus.

Guy Bishop, director, Alchemy Asset Management, said: “We are very much looking forward to welcoming NI to Campus. By offering to complete NI’s fit out works, we were able to streamline costs alongside our own refurbishment of the suite and reflects how we tailor each deal to the particular occupier.
“Completing eleven deals shows the quality and depth of offer at Campus, and how important it remains to occupiers to balance value against excellent workspace, a wide range of product offerings, excellent on-site amenities, strong ESG credentials and a great customer experience – all of which is delivered at Campus.”
A spokesperson for NI said: “When looking for a new office location, Campus ticked a lot of boxes for us: the location itself, being able to co-locate with another Emerson business unit, great common areas supporting our office suite, the reception, coffee shop, restaurant, gym and outside spaces. Campus is a great space for all our business needs.”
