The last remaining home has sold in a select development of five-bedroom properties by TA Fisher.

The housebuilder’s scheme of just five individual homes at Pentad on the Ridge, Cold Ash, West Berkshire offers striking views over the Kennet Valley to Thatcham and beyond.

Development director Steve Davies said: ”It’s rare to find a piece of land these days with such stunning, uninterrupted views over open countryside and it was both challenging and rewarding to design and build these five outstanding, individual homes that make best use of the open vista’s whilst complementing the varied character of the local street scene.”

Selling agents were Carter Jonas, Newbury and Black Cygnet Properties, Yattendon.

Other T A Fisher schemes with new homes available are Tower House Farm in Mortimer, Bowbrook Copse in Charter Alley, The Botanics in Theale and Birch Hill in Bracknell.
