Pye Homes has announced the release of three apartments at its Church Farm development in Radley, Oxfordshire.

The housebuilder has previously announced the release of three new family homes for sale at Church Farm. The Portman (three-bedroom semi-detached, £550,000); The Palmer (three-bedroom semi-detached, £530,000); and The Hawley (three-bedroom end terrace, £625,000).
Amenities in Radley include a village hall, local pub, village shop, a number of community groups and schools including Radley College, which also has a sports centre and swimming pool open to the public.
Church Farm is intended to combine impressive design and landscape principles with a greener way of life. When complete it will comprise 240 homes and community areas including a playground and natural open spaces.
