The shortlist has been released for OxPropAwards 2025
And, due to the high number of submissions, some additional categories have been created by sub-divided categories where large numbers have been submitted. It reflects the increasing popularity of the programme, now in its eighth year.
In addition, all categories, apart from NextGen of the Year, have been limited to four submissions. NextGen has attracted such an increasing pipeline of up-and-coming talent in recent years we have decided to offer a little extra support to this category by allowing five submissions to go through.
Joint chair of the judges, Matthew Battle, managing director of UKPF, said: “This year has been the hardest since we started the awards in 2018.
“We have had to make some tough decisions on the shortlist, and we would like to thank all the companies which took part including those which did not quite make the cut. It was, as members of the judging panel remarked, a close call.
“We look forward to 11th September at Keble College for the awards dinner and ceremony.”
