Barratt Redrow has launched The Gardenia Collection at Colindale Gardens, continuing the wider regeneration of Colindale in North London.
The new release includes 168 private one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments in a 12-storey building set within an established part of the development, overlooking a landscaped garden square and the final section of the green trail through the site.
The homes are among the closest to Colindale Underground Station, offering residents quick access to the Northern Line and journeys to King’s Cross St Pancras in about 22 minutes. The collection is designed with practical lifestyle benefits, including a gym, sauna, steam room, 24-hour concierge, secure parcel storage, and in some cases allocated parking. All apartments have outdoor space, and upper-floor homes enjoy views towards Wembley.
Barratt London’s Yolanda Jacob-Foster said the collection combines the advantages of an established community with a highly convenient location near the station and private landscaped gardens. She added that Colindale Gardens continues to attract first-time buyers, second-time buyers and professionals due to its strong education links and transport connections.
The wider Colindale Gardens scheme includes nine acres of green space, an orchard garden, a large park with a woodland adventure gym, nearby shops, cafes and restaurants, plus a new primary school. Middlesex University is also close by. Homes at The Gardenia Collection are now on sale, with prices starting from £355,000 for a one-bedroom apartment.
