Tom Callaghan joins Bidwells’ 75-stong Building Consultancy team as Partner to lead the firm’s commercial surveying work in London. The former CBRE Director, who has also worked at JLL, arrives from AAP where he headed up its London office.
Tom’s remit is to grow Bidwells’ London commercial offering providing consultancy services to landlords and occupiers across Central London and its suburban markets as the capital enters a period of unprecedented change.
Managing Partner Building Consultancy at Bidwells, Phil Kentish, said: “London is set for a sustained period of flux in response to Covid, so as its office, industrial and retail markets undergo a period of significant restructuring it makes it a good moment for Tom to join us.
“Our London Building Surveying practice is five years old and Bidwells now has 75 surveyors working across the Golden Triangle of London, Cambridge and Oxford. Tom arrives with bags of experience and makes a great addition to the senior team leading work across our chosen markets.”
Tom has more than 12 years of commercial experience and specialises in Technical Due Diligence and Dilapidations matters but is proficient in all Building Surveying workstreams. Tom has worked across various sectors including commercial offices, industrial , data centres, retail and education on behalf of investors and occupiers alike.
He has a proven track record of managing national and EMEA portfolios on behalf of global clients; co-ordinating data collection and output delivery to meet corporate requirements
