Blandy & Blandy has teamed up with Vail Williams to host an event to offer advice on commercial leases.
Commercial Leases – Protecting Your Interests and Avoiding the Pitfalls will look at the opportunities, challenges and risks facing property investors, owners, occupiers and managing agents around commercial lease transactions.
It will be held on Thursday, April 23 at 5pm at Reading Borough Council’s civic offices in Bridge Street.
Last year Blandy’s put on a series of events on The Anatomy of a Development Land Deal which quickly became fully-booked, and teamed up with Thames Tap for this month’s Reading Social, bringing the council’s deputy director of planning, transport & regulatory services, Giorgio Framalicco, to address delegates.
