Reading-based law firm Boyes Turner is the latest to join Thames Tap as a partner.
It means Brian Dowling, partner in the development & housebuilding team, is now one of the panellists on our Expert Forum.
He said: “We are delighted to join Thames Tap and look forward to sharing our expertise and being part of the discussion around space and the built environment in the Thames Valley.
“Boyes Turner has over 130 years’ experience in the property market and our team love what they do. The Thames Valley is a fantastic place to live and work and we are passionate about our work, helping our developer and housebuilder clients create great places to live, and assisting investors and occupiers to offer great places to work.
“The development sector in the Thames Valley and beyond faces many challenges, including planning delays, constrained supply of land and increasing costs and shortages of labour and materials.
“Occupiers and investors are also dealing with the fluid situation around where we work and where we spend our free time. However, there are reasons for confidence and optimism. We look forward to discussing the issues and sharing ideas with the Thames Tap membership.”
The development & housebuilding team forms part of Boyes Turner’s comprehensive property focus which also includes its commercial property team, the residential team as well as its planning, construction and property dispute teams.
