East Anglia real estate professional services and auction firm Cheffins has acquired independent Ely based planning firm PlanSurv.

Cheffins has an extensive history of providing professional services and advice to clients, and the acquisition will enable the firm to enhance its value and increase its knowledge pool of planning expertise for existing and potential clients.

Director of PlanSurv will join the Cheffins Partnership, along with all six other staff members, who will all remain in their current premises on Broad Street, Ely.

The deal was finalised on December 1.
