Denbury Homes and Savills welcomed prospective buyers to the opening of the new show home at Swans Brook in Abberton, Essex, with individuals, couples and families travelling from across Essex and beyond to explore the development.
The launch generated interest both from buyers who are ready to move and those in the early stages of looking, providing an encouraging start for the collection of 50 homes.
Visitors had the opportunity to explore The Swan, the development’s new four-bedroom show home.
Representatives from Savills were on hand throughout the launch event to welcome visitors, guide them around the development, and provide advice on the range of homes available. Interest came from a broad mix of purchasers, including local movers and families.
Commuters were also attracted by Swans Brook’s village setting and access to Colchester, which is 10 minutes away and has direct rail services to London Liverpool Street.
Following the launch, the show home at Swans Brook is open from Thursday to Monday, between 10am and 5pm.
