The Earls Court Development Company (ECDC) is ready to share its detailed plans for the first phase of development, which it aims to begin building in 2026.

 The views and feedback from the community have been central to how the plans have developed and will continue to evolve as the ECDC prepares the planning application for submission in June of this year.

 Phase One of Earls Court’s redevelopment includes a significant proportion of green, open space, along with 1,000 homes, the first office building, and a cultural venue. These first designs underpin the masterplan pillars of an inclusive neighbourhood, innovation, culture, and nature, as well as our commitment to net zero.

 The details are at Conversation Corner, Lillie Road, West Brompton.

 Conversation Corner will open from 11 am – 3 pm on the following dates:
