A full planning application for the demolition of existing buildings, and the erection of eight dwellings at Charlton Road in Midsomer Norton has recently been submitted to Bath and North East Somerset Council.
The proposal is being brought forward by Mr AM and Mr NA Pang, with Blue Architect acting as agent.
Of the eight dwellings, seven would be for the open market, with the remaining dwelling being self-build. Regarding housing mix, the seven open-market dwellings would all be 4+ bedroom houses.
Two vacant bungalows remain upon the site, and they would be demolished to make way for the new buildings.
10 car parking spaces would be added to the eight that are already at the site, as well as three new disability spaces and 28 new cycle spaces.
There are no BNG commitments within the application, as the site is below 0.2 hectares in size, making it exempt.
