Greystoke has applied to build a 141-unit extra care home along with 32 affordable properties on land at Burford in West Oxfordshire.
The application to West Oxfordshire District Council is to develop a 7.68-hectare site, east of Barns Lane.
Greystoke’s outline application envisages buildings of two and three storeys while the affordable houses will be of one to four bedrooms.
Communal facilities at the development will include a restaurant, gym, activity rooms, lounge and bar.
