Build-to-Rent operator Native Residential has unveiled the first show apartment at Station Hill in Reading.

Viewings are now under way for the first of the 600 one, two and three-bedroom flats at the Ebb & Flow development in Friars Walk. Prices for the smallest flats start at £1,525 per month. The three-bedroom flats are £2,415 per month.

The Ebb building will be the first to be occupied. Its first residents can move in on August 1, while Flow will be ready for occupation in December.

A community programme will operate for residents including fitness classes and there will be a 24-hour concierge service, cinemas and roof terraces with views of the Chiltern Hills.

The living spaces, designed by The Vawdrey House, have large kitchens, extra high ceilings and bespoke furniture.

Tony Bullen, Ebb & Flow community manager, said: “We’re truly delighted to launch the Ebb & Flow apartment buildings in the heart of Reading’s town centre.

“Our plan is to create a luxury living space for individuals, couples, and families to build their own community within the stunning Station Hill development. Reading is a truly thriving town, and we know these apartments will provide a happy home for young professionals and families looking to combine the best of both city and country living.”
