Savills Reading has announced four promotions.

In the planning team Julia Mountford, specialist in the promotion of residential-led development on strategic land and brownfield regeneration, has become director, while Stefania Petrosino, who prepares planning applications for developer clients has become senior planner.

In the corporate account management team, James Maginn, who advises corporate clients on property matters, has moved up to associate director and, in the development team, Fiona Sullivan, who advises on sales and acquisitions, has become associate surveyor.
