A new lease has been agreed for 4 Broadway, Peterborough, with the unit being let to Cashino Gaming Ltd by Savills, on behalf of Milton (Peterborough) Estates Company.
The gambling company has taken a 15-year lease for the two-storey, 2,723 sq. ft retail unit, wanting to turn the space into a new high street gaming venue.
Associate director at Savills Peterborough Edward Gee said “Situated on one of the main thoroughfares in Peterborough city centre, Cashino is set to benefit from the considerable footfall generated by the nearby Queensgate Shopping Centre. This latest deal follows a recent flurry of activity from retail and leisure operators, proving that demand for well-located space remains, despite market uncertainty caused by the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic.”
