Hill to encourage virtual home tours on a number of its new developments and is starting to experience increasing demand, with potential for new sales and increased activity. 

Hill has teamed up with online technology company, Reevo 360, to provide customers with a personalised, one to one virtual tours of their show apartments and show houses across London and the south east including Cambridge. These tours are hosted by members from the sales teams, who can guide potential customers.

As Rebecca Littler, Group Sales and Marketing Director at Hill recently commented “we’re delighted to be able to offer one to one virtual tours of our show apartments and show houses across the majority of our developments including Marleigh in Cambridge. These tours are hosted by members of our experienced sales teams, who are able to share their screens with the prospective customer to navigate them around a show house or apartment, and talk through room to room, every aspect of the property, from the fixtures and fittings to the specification and size. We continue to monitor Government guidance closely as to when we are able to reopen our sales suites and are constantly evaluating ways in which we can do so safely and in line with social distancing guidelines.”

Once set up, the Hill sales send a link to view the apartment, along with a unique access code that will share what our dedicated sales agents see on their screens onto yours. This allows them to navigate the prospective buyer around a property without having to even lift a finger. A member of the sales team will also be at the other end of the phone, so they can talk the potential customer through, room to room, every aspect of the property, from the fixtures and fittings, to the specification and size, and answer your questions throughout.

The virtual viewings tend to last between 30 minutes to an hour or longer, depending on the number of questions after the tour had ended.
