Hillwood has submitted detailed plans for a speculative new multi-unit logistics scheme in Luton.
Hillwood Park Luton, to be built on 16 acres near the M1 will provide best-in-class industrial and logistics units ranging in size from 14,000 to 79,000 sq ft. Demolition of existing buildings on the site is under way and construction will start later this year. Practical completion is due in Q4 2026.
Wellbeing and sustainable initiatives have been incorporated into the design of the scheme which aims for BREEAM Excellent and a minimum EPC A.
CBRE and DTRE are leasing agents.
