Following a surge in demand in the Essex property market, housebuilders Barratt Homes and David Wilson Homes are encouraging people to consider moving to a new community.
Sales for both firms are booming across the county, with buyers looking to move into a more rural location that offers convenient commuter access. Essex is one of the counties where larger homes are more sought after, with 78 per cent of properties for sale being houses rather than apartments, according to Property Reporter.
Zoopla predicts that 2021 will be the busiest year in 14 years for the property market, with 1.5 million projected to be bought and sold across the year, 45 per cent more than in 2020.
Barratt and David Wilson homes are giving potential buyers the opportunity to satisfy their wants with developments across the county, in Hullbridge, Burnham-on-Crouch and North Fambridge.
The homebuilders have a joint venture development at High Elms Park, a scheme of two to five-bedroom houses to Hullbridge, whereas Corinthian Place and Riverside Grange in Burnham-on-Crouch, being delivered by David Wilson Homes, offer more picturesque views within yachting neighbourhoods.
Annette Hurst, Sales Director at Barratt and David Wilson Homes Eastern Counties said “We have a range of properties available in Essex and, due to such a strong property market, we’d encourage anyone interested in making a move to act fast as our homes are selling fast.
Location is at the forefront of our minds when choosing where to build new homes and our new communities are perfectly placed to enjoy the county’s most glorious countryside, whilst still being close to a wide range of amenities and transport links. Anyone interested in our homes available can book an appointment with our Sales Advisers to find out more.”
