Inland Homes has gone into administration following its breach of banking covenants with HSBC earlier in September.
Following on from Inland’s demise the owner of the Cavalry Barracks site, Hounslow Property Development Ltd has also gone into administration.
Inland Homes had sold the site to Topaz Developments Ltd who rebranded the company back in 2022.
The Hounslow Cavalry Barracks site received approval for 1,525 new homes from Hounslow council which we covered here.
At nearly 37 acres, the former Ministry of Defence site is one of the largest remaining undeveloped brownfield sites in London and benefits from excellent public transport links to nearby Heathrow Airport and central London.
The future of one of the largest brownfield sites in West London now remains in the balance.
