Insight a leading technology firm in Uxbridge is re-locating to the impressive Carter Building located in Uxbridge, taking up 240,000 sq ft on the fourth floor.
Insight will move more than 200 employees to The Charter Building, which is located 16 minutes from Heathrow and 40 minutes from central London when it moves into the building in the summer.
Insight joins occupiers including coffee group Lavazza, tech firm TraceLink, tech startup Jazz Networks, and flexible workspace provider Spaces.
Developed by Landid, The Charter Building is the largest new office development in Uxbridge.
The project, designed by dn-a architects, saw the original building, which was once the UK headquarters for Coca Cola, stripped back to its structural frame. The floorplates were extended and a new penthouse floor with access to roof terrace added. The building becomes one of many former head office buildings and factories in West London to be refurbished with new clients in mind.
