The Interland Group and Weston Homes have submitted an application to Ealing Council seeking permission for a residential-led, mixed-use, phased development at Park View Place, Greenford Road, Sudbury Hill (UB6 0FF).
The scheme would deliver over 850 new homes across seven blocks, including around 340 co-living homes for young professionals, alongside affordable homes and market-sale housing. It also includes community space, flexible commercial floorspace, a convenience retail store, landscaping, green infrastructure, private and communal amenity areas, and infrastructure to enable a future pedestrian bridge connection to Grove Farm Park.
A key aim of the proposal is to create a more inclusive neighbourhood with significant public benefits. More than 40 per cent of the site is planned as public open space, with dedicated play areas and a central green route linking Greenford Road to Grove Farm Park. The plans also provide new public spaces such as a community centre, café and additional play space, helping to support local activity and improve access to open space.
The developer says the scheme has been shaped through consultation with local residents, community groups and other stakeholders. It also highlights a commitment to sustainable delivery, including working with Weston Homes to help fast-track affordable homes and reduce carbon emissions through sustainable design. Ealing Council is expected to determine the proposal by early July 2026.
