A search has begun for an investor to take on a former insurance building in Reading which is being converted and extended for residential.

React News has reported that CBRE is on the hunt to find a forward purchaser for a Urban High’s £35 million scheme at 59-75 Queens Road, formerly the offices of Goss Insurance.

A potential buyer would acquire all 92 apartments in the scheme which is currently under construction. A further 62 units could be included in a future planning application.

React News states that the scheme is being put to investors as either a Build-to-Rent or Build-to-Sell opportunity.
