The evolving housing market in the Thames Valley will come under the spotlight at the next Thames Tap event.
Some of our specialist expert partners and contacts have already confirmed their attendance for the panel discussion and there may be more joining us at the Thames Lido meeting room for the April 26 lunchtime meeting.
They will be looking at markets, both within Reading and the wider Thames Valley, and giving their forecasts for the coming 12 months.
Subjects covered will include the Build-to-Rent sector, new-build homes and affordable homes.
UK Property Forums managing director Matthew Battle will chair the panel which will include:
- John Fisher, managing director of TA Fisher
- Jonny Denton, sales manager, Darcliffe Homes (Country Estates)
- Gordon Hood, director – residential, Savills
- Steve Woodford, managing director, Haslams Estate Agent
- Others to be confirmed
Mr Battle said: “This event will kick off the New Homes section on our website and will demonstrate the incredible level of skills and experience among the operators in this region in the residential sector.
“Their thoughts on the market offer a valuable resource for anyone involved in this market so it will be a truly worthwhile event as well as being an enjoyable chance to network.”
The meeting, the latest of our Reading Social meetings, starts at 12.15pm on Tuesday, April 26.
