The remarkable scale of development in Slough will be explained in the next UK Prop Social webinar.

Multi-disciplinary property consultant and Thames Tap partner Savills, Slough Borough Council and Berkeley Homes have teamed up with UK Property Forums to look at one of the most exciting towns for development in the entire region. The May 6 event – Spotlight on Slough – is free to all although there are perks for UK Prop Social members.

Berkeley Homes will give an overview of the striking residential scheme it is delivering in and around the former Horlicks factory and other key sites under the microscope include the North West Quadrant (formerly known as the TVU site).

The line up of speakers includes:

  • Gaby Foord, associate director, residential research for Savills
  • Elkie Russell, managing director, Berkeley Homes (Chiltern)
  • Alexa Peters, head of Reading RDS, Savills
  • Stephen Gibson, executive director – place, Slough Borough Council.

The event will be chaired by Matthew Battle, managing director of UK Property Forums.

He said: “The scale of development in Slough is truly eye-opening and we think the webinar will be of tremendous interest to our industry.”
