Global relocation firm K2 Corporate Mobility has taken 7,464 sq ft in Connaught House in Guildford town centre.
The firm is moving its head offices from Weybridge to the entire fifth floor of the 42,500 sq ft building which was remodelled by Beltane Asset Management.
The deal was brokered by Vail Williams.
Surveyor Elliot McNish said: “K2 were seeking a new headquarters commensurate with its standing as an international concern and to house an expanding workforce meeting growing business demand.
“Connaught House proved ideal, especially with its high spec finish which was fitted out by FSL Interiors in an outstanding manner.
“It was pleasing to match this go-ahead company with this sustainable base at the heart of Guildford and with strong transport links.”
Savills, Lambert Smith Hampton and Hanover Green acted for Beltane Asset Management.
