Three appointments have been made at Knight Frank’s South-East new homes team at Guildford.
The team has welcomed Sarah Gunn and Lucy Sutherland as associates, along with Grace Blythen as operations coordinator.
They will support Knight Frank’s coverage across Surrey, Berkshire and Buckinghamshire under the leadership of Laura Hackney, head of South-East new homes.
The appointments several major new instructions including Headley Court for Elivia Homes, Brooklands Grove for Cala, Haslemere Heights for Runnymede Homes, Charleston for Westbourne Homes and Kingsdown for Nomad Developments.

The South-East new homes team works with Knight Frank partner Tim Traynor’s land and development division, which has also recently expanded with the appointment of Isabel Wright as surveyor to support regional land acquisitions.
