Thames Tap partner Carter Jonas has announced the launch for sale of development land in Wraysbury – a stone’s throw from Heathrow Airport.

The 1.06-hectare site, marketed on behalf of Chiltern Green Homes, is in Coppermill Road near Wraysbury Reservoir and provides access to the airport, the M25 and M4. Wraysbury railway station is approximately a 10 minute walk away.

It has been vacant since its purchase by Chiltern Green Homes in 2015 but has been allocated for the development of 24 homes (40 per cent affordable) in the Royal Borough’s Local Plan, adopted in Feb 2022.

Offers on both an unconditional and subject-to-planning basis are invited before 12pm on Friday, November 18.

James Staveley, associate partner for Carter Jonas (London), said: “We are very pleased to offer this excellent development opportunity in an established residential area and with fantastic transport links. We anticipate significant interest for this land.”
