Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW), owner of the Westfield shopping centre, White City, has engaged Glenn Howells Architects to submit revised plans a neighbouring site.
In 2017 Allies and Morrison was given outline planning permission for 1,347 homes across three sites , designated as C, K and D, on behalf of URW. Site C was set to have 1,100 homes across eight blocks.
Glenn Howells Architects has now submitted revised outline plans for that site, which would see 1,760 homes provided across nine blocks, ranging from nine to 45 storeys in height.
The developer has already delivered 89 homes on site K which are managed by the housing association L&Q on behalf of Hammersmith and Fulham.
It will seek outline consent for the revised site C scheme.
