New sponsors have teamed up with UK Property Forums publications as increasing numbers see the reach we have across key regions.

In January we announced in Thames Tap that industrial and warehouse fund AIPUT, part of Aberdeen Standard Investments, has joined us, both as one of our Valley Voices in Thames Tap and one of our London Views contributors in the London West newsletter.

Now developer and investor Arlington has come on board at London West.

Arlington has been investing in West London for decades and is at the centre of innovation in developing and managing business parks. At Uxbridge Business Park major employers include Bristol Myers Squibb, Amgen, Daiichi Sankyo, Mondelez and Xerox.

At Manbré Wharf in Hammersmith a major development is planned alongside occupiers which include Cathay Pacific, Signant Health, Juice Plus and Flutter Entertainment.

Arlington employs full-time community and lifestyle managers as well as landscapers, facilities managers and security teams. It wants to create environments that inspire, part of the firm’s concept of giving an edge to occupiers in the war for talent.

And the latest big name to join UK Property Forums is property consultant Carter Jonas.

The multi-disciplinary partnership’s Oxford office will be a Valley Voice in Thames Tap.

Carter Jonas told us: “Carter Jonas’s Oxford office is delighted to become a Valley Voice for the Thames Tap newsletter.

“Having been actively involved with UK Property Forums over recent years we feel that our 100 strong cross sector Oxford team are uniquely placed to provide experience based relevant commentary on a wide range of topics affecting our markets.”
