Plans have been submitted to convert an office building on a Loudwater business park into housing under Permitted Development Rights (PDR).

Highgrass has applied to Buckinghamshire council for prior approval to convert two-storey Oakley House in Kingsmead Business Park in Frederick Place into 40 one-bedroom and six two-bedroom apartments.

The scheme will have 72 parking spaces for residents plus 15 for visitors and 48 spaces for bikes at the 0.44-hectare site.

Oakley Court already has prior approval for 34 flats.

With four other buildings at Kingsmead having prior approval, if the new application is approved, the business park will have PDR permission for a total 217 flats.
