New 80,000 sq ft Swindon warehouse scheme let

Bleckmann Logistics has taken a new 79,814 sq ft warehouse development in Swindon.

Trinity Park, which was completed earlier this year by Trebor Developments and partner Hillwood, is two buildings of 42,452 sq ft and 37,362 sq ft respectively. The scheme is three miles from both J16 of the M4 and the A419.

James Drew, development director for Trebor Developments, said: “We are delighted to have completed the letting of the whole at Trinity Park to Bleckmann.

“The letting was concluded in just five weeks from commencement of negotiations. This transaction continues the sharp take up we have seen across our recently developed, high-quality logistics accommodation.”

CBRE and WBM Property are joint agents for Trebor and Hillwood on Trinity Park.
