VSL & Partners has announced a third deal with electric van maker Arrival at Link 9 Bicester industrial scheme which now means a total letting to the occupier of 318,000 sq ft.

As reported in Thames Tap in February, Arrival took 120,000 sq ft at the park, followed later by a further 30,000 sq ft in May. Now VSL has announced the fast-growing firm has taken an additional 168,000 sq ft. VSL agreed a 15-year lease on behalf of  landlord RDI REIT Plc.

The latest letting will bring Arrival’s distribution, production and head office building to Unit 1B and means the 40-acre park, near J9 of the M40, is now fully let.

VSL director Tom Barton said: “We are delighted to have let the final unit at the highly successful Link 9 Bicester development and pleased to have secured another new facility for Arrival to accommodate their impressive expansion.

“It’s good to see our client’s RDI REIT Plc’s confidence in this scheme repaid with the final Link 9 development being let and fully occupied within nine months of completion.”

VSL, Colliers International and White Commercial were joint marketing agents on the Link 9 Bicester scheme.
