Grove Business Park (GBP) has introduced a new catering offer as part of the wider plans to enhance and expand the park.
With major expansion in the pipeline, park owner Oxford University Endowment Fund has announced a purpose-built unit, close to the serviced office and business centre Boston House, will be operated by Wantage catering business Valentine Food.
The operator, established in 2017 by experienced caterers Graeme & Lisa Valentine-Harding, had already traded from a small trailer unit at GBP and built a loyal following.
The new base – twin converted base container units – can be moved around the site if required. Ash cladding and fencing was locally supplied from Vastern Timber in Swindon from British woodland sources.
The seating was sourced from RAW, based in Oxford, which uses 100 per cent recycled materials. The installation firm Mornington Day is based in Shipton on Stour in the Cotswolds.
Mr Valentine-Harding said: “Grove Business Park is a real community and it’s great to be at the heart of it. We are looking forward to growing with the park as it expands and even welcoming more people from the wider area to try our great food as we also expand our opening hours.”
Alastair Thomas, from park development management team ATLP, said: “Providing a quality catering facility on site with great food and beverages from a local business was a key objective in transforming the park into an attractive hub for science, technology and commercial businesses.”
