16 new ultra-rapid EV chargers have been installed at Serpentine Green Shopping Centre in Hampton, Peterborough, provided by InstaVolt.
The chargers are arranged near Junction 17 of the A1, with four accessible charging bays, as well as four dual-connector chargers for a wider range of electric vehicles, including those with CCS and CHAdeMO connections.
Alongside the charging hub, Serpentine Green provides a range of shopping options across its 337,000 sq ft facility, including Costa Coffee, McDonald’s, Tesco Extra, M&S Foodhall, H&M, Next and more.
Powered by 100 per cent renewable energy, the chargers are also secured with CCTV located upon the site, allowing drivers to leave their cars to power up and explore the retail amenities located nearby.
