New Head of Properties and Facilities Management for Bidwells

Graham Wynde has joined Bidwells as a Divisional Partner and becomes the firm’s new Head of Properties and Facilities Management.

Graham is leaving his position as Head of West End Property Management at BNP Paribas Real Estate, where his team managed St James’s for the Crown Estate. His new role at Bidwells will focus on the company’s core property and facilities management functions with an emphasis on excellent client service, process development, and compliance.

Bidwells’ Head of Fund Management, Ian Gatiss, said: “Graham has a long track record in delivering high-quality commercial property management services and brings decades of London experience with him. He will no doubt make a big impact at Bidwells.”

Graham said: “Joining Bidwells means helping to manage some of the UK’s most innovative science parks and some of the world’s most prestigious university buildings. It’s a fascinating prospect and one to which I’m really looking forward to contributing.”
