Rainier Developments have submitted an outline planning application for up to 115 new homes on land west of Bedford Road, Lower Stondon in Bedfordshire.
The proposals seek to deliver a comprehensively master planned and sustainable development that provides a range of new homes for local people.
If delivered the new development will provide significant financial contributions towards local infrastructure improvements and community facilities.
